Im soon getting T68 covers in GOLD, GREY, SILVER, BLACK, WHITE -
All have the ERICSSON Logo on them as normal...

I think the covers he's selling are officially made ones but they are not officially released by ericsson for free trade. He probably got them from a service point or reseller.
To keep the warrenty go to a service point and let them change it. They'll have to, cos ur the customer and ur always right!
They'll probably won't ask you where u got the cover from, less hassle that way and most of them don't give 2 shits about anything.
