What phone are you using? On the T68 and T610 theres an option somewhere to send all contacts via IrDA or bluetooth in one go

You find "BlueTooth Exchange Folder" in "My BlueTooth Places". To get to "My BlueTooth Places" use the bluetooth icon in the desktop or in "My Computer"
You can configure the location of "Bluetooth Exchange Folder" by:
1. Go into "My Bluetooth Places"
2. From there, go into "My Device"
3. In there right-click "My File Transfer" and choose properties
4. there you will be able to choose a folder to use as your bluetooth exchange folder
