I have an MCA-20 which has worked fine for a few months with my t68i. I came to plug it it today and nothing, "there is no accesory connected to the phone".
The camera works fine on my mates t68i? I've cleaned the contactes with a toothbrush and still nothing, any suggestions?

Go a SE service center and let them check your phone.
It happend to me my phone does not charge and any accessory i connect does not work.
They replaced the connector terminal and now my phone is working fine.
Try connecting a different accessory (e.g. charger, hpr-20 etc.) if it will work.

May be the heat surroundings are relatively high...

service if I were you. Cleanse up lots of questions.

I live in Leeds and would be greatful if you could tell me where a service centre is, I have sent my t68i away for repair before and it took months to be returned. How did you find these service centres, is there a web link I could look at?

For many countries there is a dealer locator under 'support' on
www.sonyericsson.com however I am not sure if there is one for the UK. You could always ask the place where you purchased your phone, they should know where the service points are.
My T300 doesn't connect well to the mca-25 anymore either
. Funny enough it charges just fine and has no problems connecting to headset either. Already cleaned contact points... what else could be wrong?

Hey i get the same problem too. My mca25 and t300 has problems at times too. I have to disconnect the cam and then connect it again .... Even then it sometimes fails to work !! You gives? When i brought it to a service point, it failed to act up on of and the se guys just cleaned the contacts and have it back to me. Now i still get the problem tho...
