My phone decided it didnt like showing off today and the screen went blank and has stayed that way, i have no idea what the problem is but its annoying, so, after Orange told me it wasnt their problem, and to go an moan at SE, Sae told me to send it to a company called Celestia, has anyone sent their fone to that company in telford? Did they fix the problem, and how long did it take?
Thanks in advance!

oh any by the way, if ur phone stops workin n ur on orange, dont phone them because they will keep u on for about 30 mins then tell u 'its not our problem, phone SE'

When my old T68 died (which it did a couple of times) I called Orange and they initially said it was a network problem. After they'd ascertained it wasn't they just replaced the handset.

In fairness to them the replacement turned up the next day, though it DID take them a while to decide it was the phone and not the network...

I mean, how can a dead screen be a sim problem??????
