well i jus got me a T610 on contract (i got it saturday) i spent all day going round in circles on there phoen system and on there customer service email system. trying to get my password for o2online to check my bill and crap.
they sed they were gonna port my number on saturday to give me chance to use my 15 pound credit. and guess what my number is now ported over. if i phone my number that i ported over from any phoen exept my new mobile that the number is sposed to be on. i get my new mobile with new sim. but if i ring my mobile form my new phone i get my sister who has my old sim and number.
and most stupid of all my contract account is still showing up as Pay and go as i jus got 1 of those stupid advert sms messages today. keep topping up by 15 quid for your chance to win a holiday. bla bla bla.
and last but not least GPRS is still free woopy doo. i still gotta double check that tho whats the minimum data before charge as i have jus tested it out and i have sent 20161 and recived 6192 so should have i got charged or are they waiting for me to use 1 meg then add it on. or wont i know till i get my bill. so i went to o2 online to check my bill and im still within all my allowances n stuff but it only lists sms mms and voice from what i could see.

i know its only accurate till yesterday and todays calls and stuff will show up tomorrow or when ever it updates in the night.
