> T610 not ringing for incoming calls

My T610, fairly frequently, does NOT ring for incoming calls.
Now I don't get all that many so I can't be sure what sort of percentage it is or if it is a specific number.
Anyway - Orange say the phone is faulty and I am returning it.
Just wondered if anyone else had this problem and if it is a common fault?
(T610 - 03W23 - R1L being replaced with week 32 unknown firmware)

I missed lots of calls when I ain't waring the T610 and can feel the vibrate but I suspect its due to the callers only made one or two rings and hanged up (no money on card) and the T610 fades up the signal instead of having it at the highest from start (unfortually).
Atleast I hope this is why I have missed them and theres not another bug.

I've only missed my phone when I've left it upstairs, so that's probably just due to not hearing it with the TV on.
I've always been paranoid that it's not ringing. Had the same paranoia with my T68i. Now my paranoia is at an all time high. Thanks!
