I have a vodafone uk branded t610 with a works vodafone sim card in it and work are changing to orange (keeping the number) and are giving me an orange sim card to use - I presume it will not work in the t610 - what do i need to do to make it work - i will not be using the old sim card again
Do i need to flash or whatever etc ?????

No need to flash just to use the orange sim. you just need to get the phone unlocked which Vodafone may do for you for £20 (I think thats the charge) or many market stalls and other shops can do that for you too.
