> T610 Orange vs Voda, and Voda return policy

I've got a Voda T610, been waiting for over a week to be unlocked properly. Now the Orange T610 is cheaper.
Question 1 : Are the menus on the Orange any worse than the one on Vodafone Live? I understand that it is customised as well. I can live with the Voda one, what about the Orange one?
Question 2 : Was thinking about returning my Voda prepaid T610, but I've given them 20 quid to unlock the phone (which they've deducted without giving me the right code). Anyone know what the return policy on the phone is? Will I get my 20 quid back?
