I finally tried bluejacking someone 2day and found another T610! Wanna send some junk but my T610 asked for a passkey, wats that? Is the passkey for my phone or my victim's? Thanks! Btw i dun hve any bluetooth device so i dunno abt bluetooth

If it asked for a passkey this means you are trying to pair with their phone. You don't need to do that for bluejacking you just choose the item you want to send on your phone and choose send from the menu of that item and choose bluetooth. It sounds like you are using a T610 so initially you will get a list of device you are paired with but wait a moment and it will add to that list anything it can find in range. Then you simply just choose that device from the list and your item will be sent.

oh ok i noe wat's wrong already! Ü thanks for the tips! So in future if i bought a bluetooth device say the earpiece it will come w a passkey?

All bluetooth devices have a passkey if you try to pair with them. SE devices by default have a passkey of 0000.
