I bought a siemens a40 the other day from my local store and its locked to one network it had an option in the security settings to change phone code and it askd me to enter the origanal phone code. i had a program on my computer that generated phone codes or security codes from my imei and i did that and then i made my phone code blank. first off wat did i do and second is ther any way without buy a data cable or paying for anything to unlock my phone sp lock
