Is it possible to send MMS via my GPRS account. Im on Pay as you Go and my GPRS is free (at the moment) and it would be great if I could get the MMS to send via that. Any ideas?

I sent a MMS that had about 7 Pictures (100+ KB) to my email hotmail address and this about 5 minutes late and it hasn't arived... is this normal?

100kb sounds like a big MMS message and many servers have limits lower than that so don't be surprised if it fails.
To send mms via GPRS you need to go to options (of your picture messaging menu) and simply set the wap profile to your GPRS WAP profile.

thats a good sign then because normally messages that are too large fail during the send process. I guess just make sure you have not reached your hotmail limit and wait a while longer.

I send a smaller MMS, only 2 pics.. and it said 30KB, And it got to my inbox ok. But when it arrived in hotmail it said the email was 60KB... if i sent a 100KB MMS then it would probably be about 300K and that might have put me over the hotmail 2MB limit... Strange..
I selected the O2 GPRS in the my wap profiles and the MMS sent nicley, but it still charged me. I get GPRS free, but I guess they can still charge for MMS's

On a different subject, Im gonna do th 13 second trick on my t610 now, to remove some of the predefined stuff and free up some memory.. anything i should know before i do this? (I mean if it messes up my phone I can always do a full master reset again and let it load fully,... right?)

As I said I didn't try it myself so if you do give it a go let us know here what the result is.

On the T610, you can delete all predefs but 4 pics in the NORMAL way.
Master resetting will make you lose all your settings, they will nt come back. 13 secs trick is COMPLETELY unnecessary and may not be so very good for your phone.

No matter what connection you use to send the message you still get charged because you use your network's mms server. You can check this under multimedia\\options. We need to find a free server in order to send mms free of charge. Anyone got a clue?

i thought there was this trick where u master reset, then without going into any of the gallery (ie. mysounds, or mypictures) and just load loads of crap into the fone till its full (must be 100% full; make one note melodies to fill up empty spaces). after which create a mms, and try to insert a predefined pic. it will say some sort of thing like cannot open image or smth, then they ask u if u wanna delete. just repeat and delete everything. lolx
