Welcome to Esato
Sorry to have bad news for you, but you should take the phone to the

service center as fast as possible and tell them you spilled liquid on it. If you are lucky, they can try to save the phone. If you are not lucky, they'll refuse to touch it (they will say they can't guarantee the work because of the water damage). When you spill liquid on the phone it usually dies within matter of days.

You might want to read
this thread.

Previously i had the same prob, all i did was to replace the mic assembly! Just an info, even without the mic assembly the phone should work. Have u tried dissecting ur phone? It's installed in the mainframe (not mounted). Costs 150 here in the Philippines.

Sorry to hear about ur coffee problem, but if u were a true esato user, u would have known that you should never let ur girlfriend use ur SE phone...this is why nokia exists!!!
If you take ur fone to SE, they will tell u that ur warranty was voided because of the liquid damage.
Ur best bet is to try to take it to someone who fixes cell phone...u can even try to get SE to fix it but u would more likely have to pay.
Other thing, u can always try to dry it with a hair dryer...that is what i did with my P800 6 months ago. I hope that the coffee didnt contain sugar and creamers..those are a killer for the circuits.
