Hi,
I've got myself a fantastic ringtone but whenever I get a call the phone still insists on an initial standard ring before my ringtone kicks in. This is bugging me as I can't find anything in settings and to be honest it sounds a bit naff, is this a bug? Never had this problem with other phones.

TBH i have never noticed that as the vibrator goes off first then it starts a quiet ring. then i get the loud ring.
but i get no normal ring as you say. altho i usally awnswer the phone by the time that the loud ring starts
