my T610 crashes when reciving SMS messages from O2 but never when i get smss from other people.
i recive the message the phone does tis beepy thing (sms alert tone) then i take it out to see who its from ant it gets stuck when i press a key to wake it up the display lights and the clock is stuck so i gotta reeboot by removing the battery. but it only does this when O2 send me messages

i got R1A. ill see if i can book it in for a Fw upgrade next time im in cotteridge. as its nto a important problem as i hardley get sms from o2 very often. and i can live with it

Don't go pulling the battery out: press the off button ('No' on the T610?) for 10 seconds - does the same thing, but without the danger of possibly corrupting data on the phone.
