i have a data cable and the file "t68m to t68i version2.gdf" howdo i go about flashing this onto the the phone?

this is actually for a friend of mine, i have a t616. he wants me to upgrade his so we can send/recieve pictures with each other. i would never tamper with my own phone, it's too perfect already!!!
