how can i make my infrared port communicate faster???? it takes forever. i have windows xp.

you mean the port on your PC or phone? IrDA can transfer up to 4Mbit/s in the fastest mode, so it should be sufficient enough...on the other hand phones can't reach such speeds afaik :-/
