I work just up the road from their. I may have to pay them a visit and get myself a new facia.
Can they do the firmware upgrade too?

Yep. I had my t68i flashed. All very painless and quick. Took em 30 mins to flash it. Also you probably know this but flashing it WON'T erase any of your pics/ringtones/phone book etc.

Just phoned them up and they can do my flash upgrade on the T610 under warranty. Splendid. Hopefully this will rectify my Bluetooth problem I have? That's another forum though
I didn't realise the flashing of the phone didn't erase your phone book etc. Can anyone else verify this?

Thanks guys

That puts my mind at rest. Thought I'd have to make copies of all contacts, pictures, themes......the list goes on.

Thats where I'm heading down in the next couple of days. I spoke to a girl at Intac Cellular Limited and she told me I'd need to leave my phone there for 24 hours to get it flashed, so I called SR Electrics and they assured me thay could do it while I wait.
Also Sony recommend that you don't use CPW as they don't recommend them to their customers for flashing phones (unortharised dealer).
