My contacts keep deleting themselves. It's happened like 5 times now. Also, my display light won't shut off as long as it's on automatic. What's going on?

do they reset, or does your caller ID not show their name, even if they are still on your phone book?

There are no entries in my phonebook. Caller ID just shows phone numbers, speed dial does the same.
