Ok, I was using my T610 the other day, and was on a wap site... (geribaldi T610 wap site) and I was looking away, but when I looked back at the phone the screen was black, with the egg timer in the middle... (you know the screen when you first turn on the phone.. before the "enter pin" screen and after the blue screen...) well, that screen was there and the phone wouldn't respond to anything so I had to turn it off by taking the battery out. Now when I turn on the phone, the blue screen appears along with the poly welcome sound, and then this screen comes again with the egg timer and just stays there...
Ive tried keeping it on for an hour or so, and it just sits there. What can I do?? I was going to leave it on all night, but I was afraid that the battery might run down and there would be no batter protection software to turn the phone off when it got too low.. You see the screen stays fully lit the whole time.
Ive tried lots of times to turn of and on the phone, but the same thing happens. I flashed my phone about 10 days ago... does this have anything to do with it. I bought this phone off ebay, so theres no sending it back to the shops...
Anybody any ideas? Thanks

The exact same happened to mine. Its now getting repaired . . . On mine, when I plugged in the charger and accessed the service menu, the IMEI had totally changed and all the network locks had suddenly become active!! BTW I bought mine sim free and was still using R1A

This happened to me once while on a WAP site. I turned the phone off, removed the battery an waited a few minutes. When I turned it on, it showed the blue screen and egg timer for about 30 seconds and then started up as usual. Been ok since, but I haven't revisited the site I was on!

I'm still waiting for the idiots at CPW to get back to me. Its been two weeks now and when I last spoke to them they hadn't even looked at it cos the engineer was off work. They told me they were gonna send it elsewhere, probably Celestica, so f*ck knows when I'll get it back!
