Hi all!,
I am a complete novice to the world of Mobile to PC/PC to Mobile connectivity. I have recently purchased a USB Data Cable from Ebay. I have installed the drivers (eventually). But where do I go from here??? I have Sony Ericsson Image editor but it doesnt detect my phone, do I need to do something with my phone??? or something else?? I purchased the cable to allow me to download ringtones / images etc. No instructions came with the cable. probably why it only cost £12.00!! Should the phone itself requognise that an "Accessory" is attached because it doesnt!!??

www site, and follow the links for Global support.
I think you'll need one of the communications packages that has Mobile Phone Manager and XTNDConnect in it - this will allow your PC to recognize the mobile at the end of your USB cable.
