Does anyone know if such a thing exists, and if so where it can be got? Pref. UK, but anywhere really so long as they're not taking the proverbial in postage costs.

Cheers,
Alex

I've found one, here, but forty bucks US seems pretty steep....

Silicon is a hard, brittle nonmetallic element that you wouldn't want to use for a case for your P800.

Silicone, on the other hand, is a synthetic polymer with a silicon-oxygen back-bone and is commonly used in breast implants.

Sorry, but as an electronics engineer and former silicon chip designer, the wide-spread inability of the public to distinguish between these two gets annoying!

@Little Jon

I was under the impression that silicone was no longer used in breast implants due to the implants' undesirable tendency to rupture, painfully...

(Sorry, it's just that the public's ignorance with regards to breast implant materials is a little annoying.)

@spc

Orange County is the silicone capital of the world. Even more than up in Hollywood. I think they still use silicone sometimes.

A simple typo, what a helpful response.

I had a gameboy (no giggling at the back)
i went for the clear case,

very smart, but i was always in 2 minds about it.

it was very neat being able to see the insides but then seemed a bit cheap for the same reason,

my mate did a similar thing with his Play Station, but that just looks ugly,

the whole of the P800 is that it is very minimalistic, being able to see all the boards would lose that,

Sounds like you want this then: http://www.p800er.com/product.asp?id=118

It's the Martin Field's silicone jacket. Hey, it might even extend your battery life!
