i have a t310. i wanted to know that if i use the phone thru the battery charger while my battery is full (to conserve battery power), is that okay with the phone? or will it damage the battery or the phone?

Its fine. The phone has built in capability to not overcharge the battery.

lol! yeah ok!...

thought it went without saying that if the phone has the circuits to not overcharge the phone that it would apply to any length of time it was on the charger! It doesn't decide after 5 days... "ok enough of this... I think I will overcharge the battery now!"

Phones sits in cars all day every day without issue.

well I am no battery expert but can only repeat that phones sit in cars all day every day so I would assume that it is not a problem and is built into the design. Its no different really than my using my Ipaq in the cradle all day, or my laptop, or other such equipment.
