Well at first I didnt worry about it, but today I almost got thrown out of a venue just using my P800!:x I was making a phone call and was facing toward a few people and was accused of taking pics of them. I showed them that there were no pics taken of them but even so I was asked to leave.
There has been one other occasion where I was asked if I was taking pics of someone. Its a shame that some bad publicity has created a bad name for everyone with camera phones. Its a shame really that SE make the camera on the back so damn big and loud!

One thing i don't understand. When you're making a phonecall, you have the phone to your ear, right? How in the world can you position your phone in a manner that would give others the impression you're taking pictures? And why are you complaining about the noise the cam makes? Has nothing to do with your story, or DOES it??

I got the same thing in the casino, I was takin a pic of my girlfriend and her mate and they had a right moan up. I didn't get thrown out but they're really funny about it because blokes gamble and they think you're gonna try and blackmail them saying you'll show their wives the pics!!! Extreme or what!?
