> What does 03W23 mean??

I want to buy SE T610, and I had read a lot of reviews and I'm very pleased. But one review caught my eye, it goes like this:
"I Was relieved to see the phone was marked 03W23 and so is hiss free."
What does that mean, do I have to be carefull and watch what kind of SE T610 I have to buy, or this is of no importance??
I'm planing to buy it in short amount of days, so if you would be kind to answer it quickly, thank you.

most T610 manufactured before 03w21 does have the hissing problem, but after this date the problem should be gone.

so yep it IS kinda important, unless u dont care about the hissing noise. which i prefer to think as a fuzzy noise
