> T610/MA620/Outlook Sync Problem

I recently purchased T610. I have MA620 infra red which was syncing nicely with Outlook 97 on Nokia 8310 but when I try to sync T610 with Outlook I get message from MA620 "Member not found". Also cannot download pics from phone to pc. Anyone help please. (Also apparently Sony Ericsson sotware will not sync Outlook with phone on infra red, so their service department tells me)

Sony Ericsson Communication Suite software says its compatible only with outlook 98 and later.
Also I synch with IR most of the time (if I am not using BT) so whoever told you that you cannot is incorrect (and indeed the link above confirms IR is compatible).

OK, thanks for that. I think the problem with the MA620 is that's it's USB and therefore doesn't create a port. Engineer said without a port identified no connection possible. Has anyone else had the same sync problem with T610 and MA620 not syncing with Outlook?
