Installed the new phone syncing software today.
The option came up whether or not to overwrite the contacts on my PC.. As the list on my phone is more or less of an update to the ones I have on my PC I selected yes.
The last phone syncing software I had (for my P800) was syncing to my Outlook Address book.
When I just went to write an email I go to my contacts and realise that its my entire mobile phone phone book and all my email contacts including mailing lists have gone.. The f***ing software has written to Outlook Contacts when I thought it was writing to Address book..
Ive tried to system restore to a few points but for some reason it cannont restore..
Im f***ed.. Can anyone help? Is there a backup of my old contact list anywhere? Is there a way I can reverse this?
Please help..

Check your deleted items folder in outlook and your recycle bin on the pc... you might be lucky!
