insert a foreign sim card, create a shortcut to the Bluetooth menu, then put in your own simcard.

Hey all
I just purchased a T610, it's a nice machine, though not quite user-friendly as I expected.
Anyways, I live in Israel, so BT is disabled when I insert my SIM.
I saw that on 1st October, Bluetooth will be legal in Israel.
My question, how will that affect my phone ? will it be enabled automatically (don't think so).
Thanks.
