Every so often, mobile phone manufacturers are inspired and release truly innovative phones onto the market, for the rest to follow... Which phones have been the most innovative to date, regardless of manufacturer - in terms of size, functionality, battery life, combination of these, etc? I have listed a few I think "changed" the mobile phone world....
Ericsson T68 - that joystick, the menu system!
Nokia 7110 - the naviroller was AWESOME!!!
Ericsson T28 - size, batterylife...
Nokia 7650 - the ORIGINAL cameraphone!
Ericsson R380 - they called it, a SMARTPHONE

What are your thoughts? Which phones changed your world???

I am thinking T68m/i because when it was released it was THE phone to have. At the moment i am not so sure though, not much could beat the '68 in terms of being 'the best phone by a long way' as the '68 was when it was released This message was posted from a Nokia

To me the best phone ever made has to be the Trium Geo. My 1st wap phone. I loved it, ahead of its time with no RSA data and screen animations. Ugly though. Also got a free c12 with mine with cellnet which I sold for 20quid. Cheapest brand new phone I ever had. Next best the Motorola V2288 with radio and rubber fronts. This message was posted from a T610

Not sure if innovative is the right word here, but the nokia 5110 gets my vote with its interchangable covers. Every f**ker had one. . the rise of the corporation we all love to hate!! This message was posted from a Nokia

Nokia 3210, change back and front and compose your own ringtones plus send them bloody picture msgs. Cost me a small fortune ordering them for 5quid each and the 6210 slim, wap, diary, caller group pictures. 3330 animated Screensavers. Everyone having one and showing them off. God all that talk about phones, horny now .:-D. This message was posted from a T610

I would say the nokia 5110 because it was the first gaming phone. With snake being the best phone game i know of. And the T68i. Simply because it has stood the test of time. Which not many phones do there days. It is still going strong after over i year of being around. This message was posted from a T68i

SE t68i, just a great phone. Siemens S10/S11 because it were the first mobiles with a colour screen. Siemens sl45 because it was the first java enabled phone (even the first smartphone I think). Siemens Sl10 cause it was the first slide phone I believe (Not the 7650), the small and beautifull Nokia 8210 and the Nokia 7110 with the cool naviroller.
