Hi all! I know this must be a common question but I looked a lot on the forum without any much help for this. I wanted to know how can I increase the speed of my T68i. What steps would help?

it cud be due to any of the two factors:
1. old firmware (i'm assuming u haf not flashed the phone lately) - a flash upgrade wud help nicely...the latest is r8a015!!
2. the phone's memory is too cluttered with stuff eg, ringtones, pix, mms, sms.......a master reset wud help but be warned that the master reset will return the phone to its original default settings....u might need to backup the contents of your data 1st......

My T68i got really really slow when I had a background picture
behind the menu screen it was like it had to load it everytime.
I tryed a theme w/o pictures and the speed was greatly improved.
