I'm on T-Mobile Pay as you go and I have just been on Holiday to Ireland for 2 weeks, and during my visit i noticed that my e-mails wouldn't send, it just said call was not answered, i assumed it was to do with the fact that i was in Ireland using a UK SIM card. Upon returning today, I found that this problem still persists, and i can't make any calls to anyone, not even customer services on 450. I have tried editing restrict outgoing calls from "status unknown" to "off", but it asks for a code, and i don't recall receiving any such code. Could someone please help me, or at least tell me why my phone is doing this.
btw. In Ireland I was on Meteor IRL, if that makes any difference.

You will have a call barring code, ring T-Mobile for it, or get them to check for outgoing call bars.

T-Mobile do not put International call bars on Pay as u Go accounts.
U may need to activate Picture messaging (With Customer services) to activate GPRS on your account but be aware, its very expensive on Pay as u go. 2p/Kb, compared to 0.75 p/Kb on monthly accounts. U may also need GPRS settings sent to your phone These can be sent from T-Mobile:
https://secure.mouse2mobile.com/clients/tmobileFL/
Meteor isn't a GPRS network (Which i asume u are using to access Email) go to this page.
http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/Dis[....]menuid=ctl_rlt_cwa_land&act=cc
It will take u to T-Mobiles roaming pages. U can check the cost and compatability there. U can use it for Pay as u Go and Monthly accounts.
Hope that helps.
