Hi,
I am planing on making a purshace of a phone like the T610 from ericsson. I want my phone to operate other devices like my computer. I found software for the phone to do this via bluetooth.
I wanted to know If it is possible to configure this or any other phone as a remote control. I want to operate my TV lights and blinds that have all IrDA recievers.
can it be configured using a LEARN funtion where you place the real remote in front of the phone to give it the actual IrDA comands and store them, like some universal remotes??
I would also like a recomendation of a good pice of software that would allow for profile-like use of the remote. for example. choose to control my tv with buttons programed to do a certain task, and then change to my vcr setting with also different settings for each button and then my dimable lights, for example....
