I cannot hear the voice of the person who I call or call me unless I use speakerphone or the blue thooth headset. Moreover, the keypad tone cannot be heard although I have set it in the control panel.

Sounds like you've set the prefered sound device to Headset.
If you go into Speed Dial screen, then Edit\Prefereneces\Handsfree
then change
Bluetooth:
Preferred sound device:
From Handsfree to Phone

try plugging the headset and then removing it again..... does it work with headset?
