I've found some photographs that may be interesting. The man who owns the phone assures that is a T620 (at least that's printed on the label beyond the battery).
The photos are taken from an Spanish T610 forum, here is the link:

I still don't know anything about construction quality nor new features on the phone, but if it's named T620 it should be logical that there are some improvements from T610, shouldn't it?
By the way, the owner posted that the thing under the camera is a mirror, not a flash, sorry.

The boy, change your free and without Vodafone Live T610 to a T620 in a change with a unknow person.
He write the only difference betwen T610 and T620 is the framework because the software and firmware its ecual to T610
