> "Expired" sonyericssonserver credit?
Bookmark topic
About a month ago I purchased a credit from sonyericssonserver to remove the Vodafone Live software from my T610. Since then, I've had trouble obtaining the right serial cable to do the job. Every time I used the service, I got a message to switch the phone on, then nothing. Eventually I got the correct cable (from DVD2000). Now when I try to use my credit, my phone is recognised (great start!), but I get a message saying that I can't use the service and must recharge my credit. I contacted Trondo at SEserver over a week ago and no reply. I get the feeling he thinks I'm trying to "swing the lead" and con him out of a credit. How do I prove that I have not actually used the credit? I've sent another email today and offered to send proof on non-use. Sure I can send photos of the phone, but there's no proof that these aren't old photos. Surely he has a log of successful phone communications and credit usage? I don't really want to pay for another credit. I'm already out of pocket with 2 duff cables that I bought!
