hi all
Just bought my P800 and really love it. Only 1 problem can't get it to connect via USB connection to my Windows me PC. I know this has been probably asked before, so maybe someone could guide me to the correct thread.
After loading the supplied disc and restarting it says it is searching for the drivers for the sync station and hangs for hours (literally!!). As i'm a new kid on the block getting frustrated any ideas. Would it be an idea to upgrade to XP?

try downloading the latest version of pcsuite at the
www.sonyericsson.com site that might work better then the 1 that came with ur p800 in the box

I am running ME and installation went without a hitch, i cant explain it, but one thing i noticed was the installation program accessed the msn site before it continued, maybe there is a patch that is needed to run the installaion successfully. windows update maybe? and also maybe "install on demand"???

hey buddy i've tried installing my p800 suite but i didn't had any problem with Me. try uninstalling it and the next time you install the p800 suite unplug all devices from the usb then install after installing it then plug in ur sync cradle. try it.
