What tariff are you on at the moment? One of the medium usage OVP tariffs may well suit you better than the rip-off YP tariffs. Do you really need OA? I'm on a free 3 month trial of it at the moment from when I upgraded but I would never normally spend anywhere near £4 on GPRS in a month - and that's both for WAP and internet access (remember OA only applies to WAP).
Personally I think HSD is one of the best tariffs available on Orange. Only £10/month and that includes 12 months of Orange Care. No inclusive minutes but call charges are much lower than YP and SMS are only 7p each - you can also use calling cards with the free 0800 to further reduce call charges to landlines and other mobiles. HSD isn't a good tariff to get a brand new contract on though as the subsidy isn't very big but it is fine if you are upgrading (as the tariff you are on makes no difference) or as a tariff to switch to after 3 months of a higher subsidy tariff (like OVP o2 business).
Oh and where have you been looking at for these tariffs? Talk 120 doesn't actually exist - I assume you mean YourPlan 120 and it is the same wherever you get it from and the minutes DO roll over. Where did you get the idea that they don't?
HTH.
PS. Having looked a bit more into detail of the tariffs the YP deals do seem to have improved recently - if the Orange Direct deal does include 250 SMS and OA for a whole year then that is a pretty good deal (assuming you would actually use those SMS and that much WAP of course). If the YP120 does indeed suit you perfectly then just go for the one that will cost you the least amount over the year surely? How many SMS do you actually send each month?

yeah i meant YP120, on avg use about 80-100 txts a months but it goes up and down monthly.
the minutes dont roll over on the orange direct tariffs as its states the t&cs as its a promo tariff
i assumed that OA can be accessed by gprs or wap as orange let u choose?

I think I managed to pick up the best tariff that orange does direct:
12 months free wap
200 mins X network
500 SMS
Orange Insurance thingy
£35 a month with a free 6100 which is a pretty damn good phone I think although your all anti nokia on here.

get it from mobileshop.com
never been so happy!!! T610 £9.99
120 mins / mth £25
84 free texts / mth (more than i can write)
free wap 3 mths
ooh probably could've got more if i let orange know i've been with them forever, but it's things like decent customer service you pay for. Have so many mates on vodafone who are reduced to tears every month by the private company they use to do their billing (debt collectors, i think)
