Is it at all possible to listen to AM/FM radio on the p800? If it is possible, are there any programs currently available or being developed?

You need a hardware add-on for that purpose.Buy an HPR-20..
Anyway,is TV Tuner for P800 already out?

I use IRRemote to control my TV, VCR and component system...
And a Radio requires hardware. It's never a software fix. Get a HPR-20.

So hardware is definitely required huh? Ok, well is there any possibility of a bluetooth option? For example will any of the new bluetooth headsets coming out soon have radio functionality?

What really needs to be developed is a bluetooth casette, so that you can play yout P800 MP3's on your car stereo with no spurious cables!

This would not be possible for one big reason. current bluetooth bandwidth is barely enough to transmit MONO at a quality level only suitable for speech (i know, I have tried using my bluetooth headset in recieving a "broadcast" from my computer. Quality sucks big time for MP3, fine for voice). The only way round it is to send the MP3 to the cassette, and have the cassette decode the MP3, then u will not be using the P800's MP3 decoder, and it will increase the price.

I think the bandwith issue with bluetooth technology is being addressed by a few companies. Bluetooth headsets for music playback are currently being developed. I can't wait for them to come out!
