I have recently brought one of these phones but when i try to make a call all i get is a message saying Network Failure.
Yet when i put the sim card in a 3650 it works fine, when i ring the number for the p800 it goes straight to answer phone
Have i been sold a broken phone
Thanks
Glen

If you bought your P800 new, I'm not sure but if you bought it used, perhaps it's reported lost/ stolen where the network operator barred the handset to prevent usage on any networks!

I would say the same thing. Sounds like you bought a stolen or lost phone. I always say a little more and buy my phone from a dealer like the link.

Mite I suggest you contact who-ever sold this handset to you and demand a refund???
Hope you didn't buy it off the internet!

(if so you should leave a nice feedback here and there)

Well first I would call up S/E and see if its something they can fix. I highly doubt that a blocked IMEI would show "network failure". Sounds like a phone problem to me. Its at least worth a shot before you call up the store and start complaining.
