I installed the drivers for my DCU-11 usb cable, and the computer has found the phone. It is listed as working properly in the Device Manager. When I open any of the programs that came with the phone they don't detect my phone. My phone is a T616, and I am running Windows XP Pro. What am I doing wrong? I have searched and searched but unable to find any info on this.

I have this problem as well, but I found a solution. start the sony ericsson Image editor program, and wait for it to detect the phone, then all you got to do is start the other program you want, for example Sendfile, and it should detect the phone. For some reason, though, I don't think Sendfile 2.0 works in this way, I tried it and it didn't work, I had to download and use Sendfile 1.0

because i tried your way, and it still doesnt work.
the image editor doesnt even detect the phone...
