Last night i tried to send an app to my phone and this is what i got
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
i really want to know why is this
any help ?

If you sent it with Bluetooth check that you phone has receive items??

I had the same problem after I installed Zone Alarm.
Could sync with outlook, backup and restore but could not install any new apps via the usb cradle.
Even when I stopped Zone Alarm I still had the problem.
I uninstalled Zone Alarm from Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and this fixed the problem.
If you're not using zone alarm, do you have any firewall software on your PC that could be blocking it? Disable and then try.

with zone alarm you can manually select "allow" for programs that are running on your computer to let them access. i had that issue to and chose "yes" and now i dont have that problem anymore
