> T610 firmware upgrade - done!

Hi everybody! For people in London I can certainly recommend (as somebody else already did on these pages) a place in N17, Tottenham where you can have your SW upgraded. The name is R's Electrics, 815 High Road, Tottenham, London N17 8ER, tel 020 88081498 or 0870 7746333, it is a mobile shop where in a corner there is this SonyEriccson Autorized Repair & Assistance Centre, the gentleman here was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, I have upgraded to the latest SW which is R1L013, plus language pack EU5 (including Italian, my own language) and the cost was £15 plus VAT, I understood that only the SW upgrade would have been free of charge...
The best way of getting there is Seven Sisters Tube station, then 149 or 249 bus towards White Hart Lane where you get off, the shop is on your left walking for a couple of minutes.

I would second your opinion - they do give the impression that they know what they are doing. I've found them to be quick and professional whenever I've taken phones there for flashing or repair. I've always walked out with a working phone, done in the time they say, or less.
The train from Liverpool Street (or Seven Sisters) to White Heart Lane is much quicker than the bus - R's is literally just around the corner. (turn right out of the station, pass under the bridge, then left at the traffic lights). The journey from Liverpool Street is around 20 minutes - the 149 bus takes around 50.

Hi Impy78! I'm pretty new to this T610, so the only improvements/changes I actually noticed are the clock has got now different size & font (I preferred the previous one though!), it is more visible when fone not in use, and the camera got extra brightness features using the joystick when in camera use, and also the number 1,2,3,4 can now be used to change camera features...
At this stage I have not noticed anything else, actually if somebody got the new SW and has noticed more differences please let me know! Thanx!

I noticed the exact same changes as u,
but you mention something regarding the joystick in camera mode changing the brightness - please elaborate, I havent noticed that!!!!!
p.S does anyone know what the numbers in the top right (camera mode) mean? - the numbers not the letters L = large, S = small.

I think the numbers represent how many more pictures you can take before your memory is full.
I took several pictures with the phone on my holiday and when I was running short on memory the numbers appeared.
