Ok when im in a crouded area i always chek for bluetooth devices. Most of the time i get unknown or 3650. So why does it say i have 2 enter a password?? how can i see what they have on their phone? what stuff can i do when sumone is in my range??

It says you have to enter a pass code because you are trying to pair with the device. This will require them to accept you to pair with them which in most cases they probably will not do.
You are obviously wanting to bluejack and you can do these by simply creating a business card, contact, note etc and choosing send from the menu of that item and choosing bluetooth. This will then look for devices in the area and offer them to you to send that item to.
So far no one I have seen, including myself, have been able to bluejack a 3650 even though they seem to be visible to your phone.
I suggest for more info just do a search for bluejack and read up on it.

No, a new code is selected (and must be entered on both devices) every time you try to pair.
The only exception are things like headsets where the codes are predefined.

Odd, every phone I've ever paired with was 0000 as the code.

Impossible. Pass-key prompt comes up on both phones. The codes entered on both devices have to match or pairing will fail. Maybe some phones allow "default" code, but I doubt it
