Has anyone had any experience with any SE service centres in Sydney Australia? If so what is the best one as i've heard some bad things about one in St leonards. My t610 screen has cracked, and my brother would like a software upgrade for his t310.

i just upgraded the firmware to R1L013 early of this week at fonebiz. You have to leave your phone with them about 2 to 3 hours, they will SMS to notify you once its done..
pretty good serivce...
