Has anybody noticed how quiet the polyphonic ringtones are on the p800, I mean you cant even hear them when the phone is in your pocket. There must be a way of making the volume a bit louder than this.
If anyone knows how I'd be very interested

why use poly ringtones when the p800 supports wav ringtones which are much more louder and they can have actual voice and words in them where as poly ringtones are limited to only chords

If you use a wav file you could use a shareware program (for the PC) such as Goldwave to increase the volume, then resave it back to your P800. I did this with Coldplay - Clocks, works a treat.
