Help,
I used to have a SPV and then saw the light and got a P800. The only thing is I have noticed that I cant download the videos I used to be able to. For example I had a music vid, which looked exellent on the SPV but it says that its not allowed to copy WMV files to the P800.
Is there a way around this ?

yeah u need to convert the file into a mp4. Theres a few ways to convert it but i think the most simplest is to use Packet autor using there P800 profile.

Hey guys,
Is there possible to play RealMedia Files on P800? I saw the RealONE Player for Symbian Series 60, more specifically the 7650 one.
you can download it at the RealNetworks site:
http://www.real.com/realonemobile/download.html
Is it possible to run a Symbian Series 60 on Symbian UIQ P800?
Best,
Antonio

Realmedia player for P800 ?
I just tryed to install ***.sis realmedia mobile player made for 7650 and even tried the 9210 version. It is not possible to get them installed on the p800 phone. Why isn't realmedia providing a phone like p800 it's own version? Does anybody have information aout the issue as every site with news streaming etc. needs realmedia.
Anyway p900 is coming using the same OS, so why on earth isn't there a player for these.

This is a common problem; for example, with OGGplay, you can play .OGG files (much improved .MP3 analogues), yet you can't copy them directly to the phone via the syncstation - you need to rename the extension before the transfer, then correct the extension after transfer.
However, in this instance, it would be to no avail since .WMV is not supported.

You're dreaming - I spent 1/2 hour last night trying just this... No matter, my 7-in-1 card reader came today! Speedy transfers ahoy!
