I have firmware version R1A081. Is there a way i can make the upgrade myself??
Where can i get the flash??

It is possible, but it will void your warranty. You can read about it here.

It is really not recommended to do it yourself. Take your phone to

service center, they will upgrade it for free (during the warranty period)
