ive read a few posts where ppl fones have died and a claim for warranty rejected by SE due to 'overcharging of phone'.
i just read the whole manualm every word, and nowhere does it mention overcharging. infact it goes so far as to say you may charge your phone whenever you like.
anybody noticed this? opinions?

You can't overcharge your phone (Li-ion battery phones have a protection against overcharging). It will most definetly not void your warranty since if you do, it's due to equipment failure.

I have never heard of such a response from SE. I do wonder though, because for most service related questions they ask for the imei, and maybe they have a history on the phone or something and refuse to help those with illegally unlocked phones or ebay bought ones or something, who knows!!!
