1) My hone is now out of warranty, but i had some work dun friday under warranty and i have since cum to realise that my sim card no longer works when it is put in properly-i have to make sure that my sim card is slightly up on one end so that it presses down-if i take it back to them they will sort it for free corse they messsed it up
2)The reason i took my t68i in was to get the software updated to the latest one. Now i got home and again realised that the software on the fone was R2e006, now ive begining to think that this isnt the latest software/firmware and that they didnt do it. Im english so this isnt the latest software is it, and should i have software which is more modern. But cos it aint any longer under warranty, if i go and say u dint update my software like i asked the other day-will they do it for free????

That simcard problem has my brother also with is T68
What he did is a piece of paper put it on the simcard slot (with simcard in it) and then put his battery in and it works good.
Some times he got that problem and sometimes not

Thanks thats basically what i have done except mine is sort of perched up on the side so that it pushes it down-however i wonder if they would sort it-they screwed it
