hi everyone =)
i got a SE T610 and i have some questions...
1. do the T610 collect more dust than other modells?
2. if yes, can this cause damage or make the phone more short lived (comparing to other modells) ?
3. does the aluminium shell get easily scratched?
4. if yes, can i replace it?
Love

I don't think it collects more dust than others no.
And this phone takes no more damage than other phones with dust.
A plastic shell get scratched more easely.
And yes u can replace it.

Hiya,
The phone probably attracts just as much dust as any other. Nokia and their interchangeable covers were always good for both question you asked as if something went wrong you could change the cover.
As for the Aliminium casing there are a few SE service centres that charge £35 to change the casing for you including parts and labour, so you could even opt for a different colour...blue and red being the alternate options. SR electrics definately do this and they are based in London.

ok thanks for your replies
then i can feel pretty safe... i have read somewhere that the T610 generates more dust than other phones, but that may be a lie...
but fingerprints becomes more visible on the T610 but thats no big threat

ok, but if the 610 doesnt generates more dust and dirt than other phones, why did a anti-static cloth come with the phone package?

They put them just like Nokia with (I think) the 8110 for removing finger tips. On the black part and on the screen it's very necessary, but considere it as a gift...

ok its a useful gift
the T610 (in my option) is a great phone, the cons is that it attracts dust when you have it in your pocket, and that it gets oily
