> List full after 3 notes in T610

Using IR I've uploaded some notes (in *.vnt format) to my T610 from my PC. Probably i've exceeded the 254 chars limit for a note but now i can write only 3 notes and after the T610 reply me List Full; so there is 7 notes hidden that i cannot delete.
In another post i have find a guy whit the same problem in a T68 and the reply from some people was Master Reset: is this the only solution?
